Once you inquire or book a session through the website, we’ll set up a phone call to go over all the details. While the booking link includes a helpful questionnaire that gives me an idea of what you’re envisioning, there’s nothing like a real conversation. During this call, I’ll learn more about you, answer your questions, and offer suggestions tailored to your session type, family dynamic, or style preferences. Whether you're unsure about wardrobe, have a specific setup in mind, or want advice on how to prepare your little ones, I’ll help you feel confident and excited moving forward.

Studio Prep & Session Day


By the time you arrive, everything is ready for you. If you're coming in for a cake smash, the set will be styled based on your chosen theme and color palette. For maternity sessions, I’ll have a selection of gowns from the client closet steamed, styled, and ready for you to try on. For family and branding sessions, the lighting, backdrops, and props will be perfectly arranged to suit your needs.

I pay close attention to the little details so that when you walk in, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment. You don’t have to worry about what comes next—I've already planned it all out.

During the Session


My goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of. I know being in front of the camera can feel a little awkward at first—but I’ve got you. I’ll guide you through flattering poses, help you relax, and give you plenty of encouragement along the way.

We’ll talk, laugh, and get to know each other. I love building real connections with my clients, and I’ll do everything I can to make the experience feel warm and personal. Compliments are guaranteed, and conversation is always flowing—especially if you accept my offer of an espresso from my signature Cafecito Corner. It’s my favorite way to start a session and instantly make you feel at home.

With kids, I follow their pace and keep things playful and stress-free. The most beautiful moments happen when everyone is relaxed and having fun—and that’s exactly what I aim for in every session.

At the end of our time together, you’ll leave feeling uplifted and excited to see the magic we created.

Proof Gallery and Image Selection


A few days after your session, you’ll receive a private online proof gallery. These are unedited images from your session, and you’ll get to choose your favorites based on the number of images included in your package.

You’re never locked in—if you fall in love with more than what’s included (which happens often!), you’ll have the option to purchase additional images easily through the gallery. This gives you full control to choose the moments that mean the most to you.


Final Edits & Delivery


Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll begin editing your chosen images with care and attention to detail. My editing style is clean and timeless—I enhance natural beauty while keeping skin tones true and colors soft. You’ll receive your final edited gallery via email within 3–4 weeks of your session.

If your package includes physical products, like prints, framed wall art, or albums, I’ll also send you proofs to review and approve before placing the order with my professional lab.
